Need a kick-butt workout that gives you what you need to see results?
Cardio, muscle, and core all in one challenging hour with a coach that will keep you motivated!  Remember two to the left, one to the right and you’re golden! Join Judy Wednesdays & Fridays 7:30am & 9:00am and Tuesday @ 1pm Class!

Kristina’s Rockin Buns Circuit

Circuit Training with a strong focus on the BUNS! Join Kristina Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9am

Lynda’s Aerobic Circuit

A fun and cardio intensive Aerobic Circuit workout, not to be missed. Join Lynda Wednesdays & Thursdays at 5:30pm

Taroub’s Belly Dancing Circuit

Energize yourself with a complete body workout incorporating dance steps, especially from Belly Dance. Get ready to Shimmy! Join Taroub on Mondays at 10:00 am

Mom and Baby hour, Weekdays, Monday - Friday at 2:00 – 3:00 pm

Get back into shape in a safe and supportive environment for you and your baby. Come and experience a great workout and interact with other new moms

* For their own safety, babies must be secured in a car seat or similar carrier, or not yet mobile.
