I joined FitnessWorks for Women this year.  I have actually found a programme that I can follow through with.  The support from the staff and other members has enabled me to fulfill my goals.  2 years ago, I had a baseline bone density exam and was told by my doctor I had osteoporosis.  I went for a follow-up exam 3 weeks ago and was told there was an improvement in my scan!  I do weight bearing exercises at least three times a week at FWFW and this, along with a change in my diet, has helped to increase my bone density.  I feel such a sense of accomplishment.
