What is Zumba?
Zumba is based on quick-paced dance moves, choreographed to Latin and international music. The class can be very intense, and you can expect to burn up to 1,000 calories per one-hour class.

How is Zumba Gold Different?
Zumba Gold is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults who may have limited capabilities.

Gentle Yoga

Ever want to try yoga but were intimidated or afraid?  Join an experienced yoga instructor, in a gentle yoga classes with people just like you.
Increase your flexibility while you relax your mind in this easy going program.

Yang Style Tai Chi

Tai Chi coordinates graceful movements and simple breathing techniques to promote deep relaxation and to harmonize both mind and body. Boosts vital energy and improves recovery time. It enhances the immune system, relieves stress and reduces anxiety. Tai Chi will help improve your balance and muscular coordination, while increasing joint flexibility and preventing arthritic conditions.
